The course is targeted to staff working in lead customer service roles or wanting to progress into supervisory or management positions. You will develop and update policies and procedures relating to customer service in a hospitality envirnment. You will run simulated service periods for bar and floor using the policies and procedures.

SITXCCS015 Enhance customer service experiences

SITXCOM010 Manage conflict
The assessment model is a combination of:
- Observation of performance and simulated service
- Oral questioning
- Theory questions; including short answers, matching questions, multiple choice and case studies.
- Access to online theory from session 1
- 5 x full days of practical skills and assessment
- Self-paced learning throughout course which includes learning content, videos, articles and zoom presentations. Average 8 hours of self-study per week.
Government Funding
This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. The course fees/costs depend upon eligibility for a Government subsidy, via the Skills First Funding Program. Using a funded place can affect your access to future funding. If you are not eligible for funding the course fees will be the “Fee for Service” rate.
