You will have the option of completing 2 different hospitality short courses designed for the job role you are applying for. We have a 2 day bar course or 2 day coffee course. Each course includes the essential hospitality job ready certification “Food handler’s certificate – Level 1 “. These hospitality industry training courses will provide the skills and knowledge as well as Job Ready certificates to obtain and secure food and beverage positions in Melbourne’s leading cafes, restaurants and bars.

This 2-day course will cover:

Assessment
The food handler’s certificate requires the completion of:
- Observations in class
- Theory questions (short answer & multiple choice)
You will complete the theory assessment online in a self-paced manner. You will need basic digital skills to complete the online assessment. You have 3 months to complete the assessment.
