This dual qualification will teach you the skills required to get work in hospitality, plus the skills and knowledge you need to accelerate your career and be promoted to supervisory positions within the hospitality industry and other fields.
The key topics we focus on are; bar, cocktail making, coffee making, food and beverage service, sales and presentations, venue operations, functions, operational planning, work health safety, leading a diverse team & coaching others. Siu uses a beldned model of online theory and practical face-to-face classes. To ensure you time is used to build your key skills.
Job Opportunities
We work with a number of large employers that recruit directly from our current classes and from our graduate’s list. We hold private simulation sessions where employers will come and observe your skills, conduct interviews, and many students will be offered a job immediately. Course Structure
To receive both these qualification you must complete 21 units for Hospitality and 12 Units for Leadership and Management, we credit transfer a number of units between each qualification.

Government Funding
This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. The course fees/costs depend upon eligibility for a Government subsidy, via the Skills First Funding Program. Using a funded place can affect your access to future funding. If you are not eligible for funding the course fees will be the “Fee for Service” rate.
