You will have the option of completing 2 different hospitality short courses designed for the job role you are applying for. We have a 3 day bar course, 4 day coffee course. Each course includes the essential hospitality job ready certification BSBSS00095 – Cross-Sector Infection Control Skill Set, plus the option to complete a bonus RSA after the course. These hospitality industry training courses will provide the skills and knowledge as well as Job Ready certificates to obtain and secure food and beverage positions in Melbourne’s leading cafes, restaurants and bars.

- Customer service
- Bonus RSA (booked after the course)
This is a Dual Skill Set:
- SITSS00080 – Espresso Machine Operation
- BSBSS00095 – Cross-Sector Infection Control Skill Set

Government Funding
This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. The course fees/costs depend upon eligibility for a Government subsidy, via the Skills First Funding Program. Using a funded place can affect your access to future funding. If you are not eligible for funding the course fees will be the “Fee for Service” rate.
