Serve It Up provides a range of government funded hospitality short courses to help you achieve your hospitality certificate in Melbourne and Victoria. Our nationally accredited skill sets are considered micro credentials or hospitality short courses. Serving you up a taste of what to expect in full hospitality qualification and providing with you an immediate skill set to get trained for the workplace quickly. Most of our customers who complete a skill set go on to complete further hospitality courses with us and expand their hospitality career options.

3 day government funded skill set. Covering barista coffee, customer service & food handling certificate.
Job Ready + RSA – Hospitality Course
5 day government funded skill set. Covering bar, food & beverage service integrated with customer service management.
The Full Serve - Certificate IV Hospitality
Includes bar, cocktails, RSA, barista coffee, customer service, coaching, leadership & more. Government funding available.
RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol
Online or classroom options.
Food Handlers' Certificate
Online Food handlers level 1, or compete the skill set in food safety supervision with government funding available.
Certificate III Hospitality
Available as a traineeship, with licensed and non-alcoholic streams. Government funding available.
Government Funding
Serve It Up has a Skills First Funding Contract, numerous skill sets and qualifications have access to Skills First Funding and JobTrainer (Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding).
If you are eligible, you will have access to NO FEE or LOW FEE course options to help you excel in your hospitality career. It is important to note that enrolling in a funded course can affect your access to future skills first funding.
